WHO IS BRETT?
Brett is someone who specializes in all things digital. He has consulted, designed, planned, built and executed application design and development for companies all over the world for Apple, Android, Windows and even BlackBerry. As Co- Chair of Mobile Monday (A global not-for-profit Mobile community) South Africa he was exposed to all the latest and greatest developments in the mobile space.
Brett is the owner of a Digital Solutions Consultancy based in Sydney called Beyond Intent. The consultancy was set up to offer Agency experience to their clients without charging Agency fees. Through D*STAR, our bespoke methodology, we use a calculated and methodical approach to ensure we deliver the best possible results for our clients.
He has held the Managing Director role of a few full service digital agencies where they built websites, planned digital campaigns and built both Augmented and Virtual Reality executions. He managed Social Media teams for companies including Volvo, Hard Rock, Flight Centre and Chrysler to name a few. This required the strategic planning, creating of the content as well as execution thereof. All media and SEO/SEM as well as analytical analysis and feedback and reports. They also handled ORM (Online Reputation Management) for their clients where required and consult and train companies in the correct use/procedures of social.
Brett now hosts a weekly podcast on Eagle Waves Radio, with the Chief Eagle herself, Angela Vithoulkas (Member of Parliament and Leader of the Small Business Party), called TechKnowledgy. On the show he discusses the latest Apps, Tech news and does product reviews along with interviewing some interesting guests.
Brett has a love for all things Gaming and eSports. So he is incredibly excited to announce the new partnership with Red Oxygen and is opening the ANZ office. As a full-service development company we will be developing all kinds of games for Brands, Training(Gamification) and a few of our own releases across all platforms. Red Oxygen has patented technology that allows for incredible second and multi-screen interaction and engagement. Broadcasters (and Brands) this is something to look out for.
Brett has access to multiple eSports teams and assets including the Dire Wolves, the Drop Bears and the all female Supa-Stellar team for branding and sponsorship opportunities in the exciting world of eSports. He recently concluded a sponsorship deal for TCL of the High School League Clash Royale and Dota 2 tournaments.
